As the city of Los Angeles gears up for the spooky celebrations of Halloween, a group of masked, armed criminals tragically wound the partner of detective James Knight in the course of a heist. Determined to bring the perpetrators to justice, Knight sets off in pursuit as the bandits make their escape, fleeing to the bustling streets of New York.
