When Quinn, a lovable seal, loses his best friend in a shark attack, he sets out to assemble a SEAL TEAM to take on the gang of sharks that have taken over their neighborhood. Despite their best efforts, the team of international seals are not properly trained for such a mission. In an attempt to gain the upper hand, they seek the help of the skilled combatant Claggart. However, even Claggart's tricks and flips can't whip them into shape. But with a combination of ingenuity, intelligence and a lot of heart, the SEAL TEAM may just have a chance of bringing peace back to their undersea community.
